Introducing our Moisture Granules (Drying Agent), an advanced functional Masterbatch designed to tackle moisture-related issues in plastics. This innovative solution absorbs moisture during the moulding process, resolving problems such as foam, gradation, cracks, and dots caused by excess moisture. By adding Anti Moisture Granules, product quality and yield are improved, boosting productivity and reducing costs.

Our Moisture Granules are ideal for use with recycled materials, dampened plastics, and degraded plastics of PP, PE, PVC, and PS during various moulding processes such as film blowing, plastic injection, and extrusion. The Masterbatch is mixed with the base resin at a ratio of 1:20 to 1:100, with the typical ratio being 1:50 (adjustments based on the product's moisture level). No additional materials are required, and simply stirring the mixture to homogeneity produces the desired final product.

For moisture levels below 1%, no pre-drying is necessary; however, if moisture exceeds 1%, we recommend drying the material first to lower levels, then applying the Anti Moisture Granules.
